Deposits
A 50% nonrefundable deposit is required upon booking. The remaining balance must be paid 30 days prior to your trip.
Refunds for Fishing, Lodging, and Other Excursions
Deposits and final payments are nonrefundable unless the canceling party secures a replacement booking of equal or greater value, either personally or through another party, within the same season. There will be no partial refunds for late arrivals or early departures.
Bair Alaska reserves the right to reschedule trips due to weather delays or scheduling conflicts. We are not responsible for cancellations or changes resulting from emergency decisions made by the Alaska Department of Fish and Game, government regulations, natural events, or unforeseen circumstances.
If you believe you may not be able to fulfill your reservation, we strongly recommend purchasing private trip insurance for protection against unexpected changes.
Health Concerns
Bair Alaska offers adventure travel experiences. Participation in these activities involves inherent risk, and all guests must sign an Assumption of Risk form before taking part.
Guests with special needs, medical conditions, or physical limitations that could affect their participation must provide written notification in advance. It is the guest’s responsibility to inform Bair Alaska of any relevant health concerns and confirm that necessary accommodations can be made.
